Historic Stansbury House

Built in 1883, the Stansbury House is a classic example of Italianate Victorian architecture. Located on the corner of Fifth and Salem streets, this historic house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975. At such time, under contract with the City of Chico, Needham Studios removed, restored, and reinstalled the stained glass window which had originally been created on the eastern seaboard c.1883, and was shipped around the horn in a sailing schooner!
